Anti-Rubella IgM & IgG antibodies Launching
The Native Antigen Company에서는 Rubella Virus-like Particles (VLPs)를 immunogen으로 사용하여 생성된 Anti-Rubella IgM & IgG antibodies를 출시했습니다. Rubella VLPs는 conserved viral regions을 포함하여 multivalent presentation을 손상시키는 자연 면역 반응을 흉내 내는 다양한 항체를 개발하는 데 탁월합니다 (Nooraei et al., 2021).
항체 생성에 사용된 clone들은 높은 affinity를 가진 것으로 선택되었습니다. Research application을 위해 mouse IgG 및 recombinant human IgM으로 제공되며, 몇 가지 임상 승인된 Rubella assay systems에서 성공적으로 스크리닝된 항체가 제공됩니다.

Human chimeric anti-Rubella virus IgM (DD5)
Recombinant chimeric human IgM carrying variable regions of MAB12516, retaining its binding to. The antibody is pentameric and can be recognized by major platform assays. Suitable for use in ELISA, IFA and WB applications.
