FAQs
A: Panels for mouse cell types are in the pipeline, but there are no planes for anti-rat or other reactivities at this time.
A: No, All antibodies included in each panel are for surface targets and cells can be stained without fixing and permeabilizing. If intracellular targets are used in addition to the panel, then fix and perm will be required.
A: Yes, We have tested the panel with PFA fixation (intracellular targets) and FoxP3 Transcription Buffer fix and perm (nuclear targets) to make sure it is compatible.
A: Unfortunately, we cannot allow customers to switch out antibodies and still buy is as a panel. However, all antibodies in the panel are available for purchase individually. Customers can look at the kit components (listed on the product page and datasheet) and design their own panel based on ours.
