How does the kit work?
CST의 CAR Cell Enrichment Kits는 G4S 또는 Whitlow/218 링커가 포함된 scFv 기반 CAR+ cells을 pull-down할 수 있으며 한 kit 당 ~2 x 109개의 cells까지 분석이 가능한 component들이 제공됩니다. 이 키트는 CAR 형질 도입 효율이 낮은 경우에도 streptavidin-conjugated releasable magnetic beads와 결합된 CST의 biotinylated Anti-CAR Linker Antibodies와 Dnase I를 사용하여 heterogeneous population에서 비드가 없는 순수한 CAR+ cells만을 분리 및 정제할 수 있습니다.
