1. PTMScan®: Simplify Proteomics
By identifying and quantifying posttranslational modifications (PTMs) using PTMScan® kits and service from CST.
2. CUT & RUN
Cleavage Under Targets & Release Using Nuclease (CUT & RUN) is a new technology that utilizes target-specific primary antibodies and pAG-MNase to isolate protein-DNA complexes on native chromatin for analysis by qPCR or next-gen sequencing (NGS).
3. Solutions for Western Blot (WB)
Western blot (WB) is a widely used antibody-based technique to detect levels of protein expression in a cell or tissue extract. This technique measures protein levels in a biological sample through antibody binding to a specific protein of interest. CST will provide solutions to help you perfect your WB technique.

we will discuss how different fixation and permeabilization reagents, antibody concentrations, and incubation times can impact IF staining results.
