Abstract
Researchers now have a choice when they want to look at protein-DNA interactions on a specific gene or across the genome. Two options include Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and CUT&RUN (Cleavage Under Targets & Release Using Nuclease), which are both antibody-based and compatible with histones and histone modifications, transcription factors, and cofactors. The results from either assay can also be analyzed via qPCR or NG-seq.
