Establishment of 3-D Neurosphere Culture from Human iPSC-Derived Neural Progenitor Cells

Human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)–derived neurospheres 은 인간의 뇌 연구에 적합한 대표적 in vitro 모델입니다. 특히 희귀 유전병, 알츠하이머, 각종 면역 질환, host-pathogen interaction 및 환경 오염에 의한 독성 연구 등에 적용할 수 있습니다.

이 Application note는 ATCC  derived neural progenitor cells (NPCs) 로부터 3D neurospheres in vitro 모델을 제작하는 방법과 dopaminergic differentiation과  drug toxicity assays 같은 experimental application 에 대해 설명하고 있습니다.
